Returns

You have up to 30 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking records) to return items that are not marked as 'SALE' or 'OUTLET'.
Items marked as “SALE” or “OUTLET” at the time of purchase are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking records).

Eligibility for Returns

All items must be in original, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have their all original tags attached. 
All items must be returned with the original packing slip.

When trying on footwear, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged and return them in their original shoe box (shoe boxes cannot be used as shipping boxes). 

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition as received, including all product-related original contents such as shoe boxes, internal packaging, gift wrapping, protective stuffing placed inside the product packaging, and paper materials, where applicable. 

If an item shows excessive signs of wear, clear or obvious signs of use, or severe wrinkling beyond reasonable fitting, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deny a refund. 

If a return is made in a condition that does not meet our refund eligibility criteria, or if a return is received after the applicable return period has expired, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, or otherwise handled in accordance with our reasonable determination including disposal, or partial refund. 

For hygiene reasons, undergarments, pierced jewelry, hosiery, and socks cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. All swimwear and bodysuits must still have the hygiene strip intact. 

Product tags show Japan domestic retail prices and may differ from the actual purchase price on this Site. Price differences arising from international pricing factors do not constitute a valid reason for return and will be treated as customer-initiated returns. 

Return Shipping Costs

For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Prepaid return shipping labels will not be provided unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Repeated returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to ensure you receive an unrivaled shopping experience.
However, if we notice that you have an unusually high returns rate on your account or are purchasing to resell, we may deactivate your account at our discretion.

Items Purchased At Other Locations 

All purchases made through online stores, marketplaces, or any other websites not operated by us are not eligible for return or refund under this Policy.

Shipping Errors & Defective Product

In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item due to our error, we will, at our discretion and as reasonably necessary, determine whether a refund or a replacement will be provided after the item is returned and inspected.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for such returns.

Cancellation

Our system processes orders immediately, which means we can’t make any changes once you have placed it and we’re usually unable to stop orders from processing and shipping.
If we are able to stop the shipment, you will receive an email confirming cancellation of the order and any charges made will be reversed.
Should the order ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to the Returns section of this policy.

Refunds 

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the following steps are required: 

  1. Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse
  2. Processing and inspection for refund approval 
  3. Authorization to finance department to issue refund
  4. It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department processes the refund.

Refunds are issued for the item price only. 
Original shipping fees, customs fees, import duties, taxes paid by the customer, and any return or re-shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If an order is returned due to the customer’s failure to collect the shipment, refusal of delivery, or incomplete customs procedures attributable to the customer, the refund amount will be the item price less all incurred shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
