由設計師瀬井雄一郎創立，源自熊本的品牌＜FUNG＞。
設計師本人也是一名衝浪愛好者，深受美國西海岸文化、風格和歷史的影響。其設計的商品融合了滑板、衝浪、工裝、軍裝、鄉村等各種美好的美式復古元素。
品牌名稱由“Fun（樂趣）”和“Good（美好）”兩個詞組合而成。
