此製法是將鞋面、內底和沿條（一條細長的皮革）一同縫合到鞋中底上稱為「肋條」的突出部分，再將其與大底縫合。
由於鞋底可多次更換，因此適合長期穿著。
隨著穿著時間越長，鞋子會逐漸貼合腳型，結構上堅固穩定，創造出極佳的合腳舒適感。

＜CARMINA＞
1998年，何塞·阿爾瓦拉德霍 (Jose Albaladejo) 先生於西班牙創立。其家族自19世紀起便在西班牙馬約卡島從事製鞋業，並在20世紀中葉前經營著名為「Sanson's」的品牌。在此期間，何塞於1961年創立了高級鞋履品牌＜YANKO＞。80年代，其鞋履產量達百萬雙，使製鞋業務蓬勃發展，並在提升西班牙訂製鞋水準方面扮演了關鍵角色。進入90年代，為了打造更高品質的鞋履，他離開了YANKO，並創立了＜CARMINA＞。
