木製餐盤在嚴苛的環境中或許有其難以處理的一面，但憑藉其精湛的完成度和雅緻的氣質，持續吸引著眾多廚師和愛好者。
可作為主菜盤、單盤料理或盛裝盤使用。盤緣賦予料理立體感，為餐桌增添豐富的表情。
在柔和色調的木材上，利用大自然的恩惠進行植物染，增添了表情。天然材料特有的柔和質感，以及染色所創造的深邃色彩是其魅力所在。
經過玻璃塗層處理，在保持木材質感的同時，使其成為易於日常使用的成品。

簡歷
1977年出生於兵庫縣。
畢業於服飾專門學校後，在木造住宅預製工廠和鋼鐵廠學習加工、焊接、切割等技術。
2006年取得二級建築師資格，在關東地區從事住宅裝修、店鋪裝潢和家具製作。
自2017年起，將據點遷至宮城縣，主要從事以木材為中心的生活用品和藝術品的創作。
