其特色是略带哑光、温润的白色调。与粉引器皿相比，它略带蓝色调的白色，给人以沉稳的印象。
不显单调，展现出细腻的表情。
尺寸适中，可搭配凉面、水饺、意面、汤、炖菜等多种料理。
在衬托料理的同时，为餐桌增添沉稳气息的器皿。
采用红土上叠加白色化妆土和透明釉的工艺，根据所用陶土、釉料和烧制条件，色泽和质感会有个体差异。
