为追求卓越穿着体验，专门从材料层面开发了原创鞋底。
根据皮鞋的贴合度及设计理念，制作了预留缓冲垫位置的鞋楦。
考虑到磨损和塌陷，组合了厚度与弹性各异的三种缓冲垫。
在鞋底缝合工艺中，采用柔韧性极佳的马凯工艺完成制作。
■工艺：马凯工艺
这是一种意大利传统制法，将鞋底与鞋面(鞋帮)直接缝合。由于结构简单，鞋底回弹性好，即使是柔软的皮革也能制成鞋履。
马凯工艺的特点是，经过穿着，鞋履会逐渐贴合脚型，带来如包裹般舒适的穿着感。
乐福鞋等套穿式鞋款以及时尚的意式鞋履，多采用此种工艺。
