采用国内纺制的Super130’s羊毛，经纬线均使用2/94支纱织就的清爽斜纹面料。
从染色到纺纱、织布、整理，所有工序均在国内完成，是纯国产面料。
经过约两年的反复试验，通过混纺6种不同颜色的纱线而诞生的＜UNITED ARROWS＞原创混色“UA 深蓝色”，其特点是深邃的色泽和若隐若现的棕色调。
通过在纤维成为纱线之前进行染色的“毛条染色”工艺，其优雅的材质感和深邃的色彩，为西装风格增添了丰富的层次感。
