木製の皿はハードな現場では扱いづらい側面もありますが、その完成度と佇まいから、多くの料理人やファンを魅了し続けています。
メインディッシュやワンプレート、盛り皿として。縁が料理に立体感を与え、食卓に豊かな表情を添えます。
やわらかな色味の木材に、自然の恵みを活かした草木染で表情を加えました。自然素材ならではのやわらかな表情と、染色が生む奥行きのある色合いが魅力です。
ガラスコーティングを施し、木の風合いを保ちながら日常使いしやすい仕上がりに。
＜北山 栄太（キタヤマ エイタ）＞
プロフィール
1977年、兵庫県生まれ。
服飾専門学校を経て、木造住宅プレカット工場や鉄工所にて加工・溶接・切断などを学ぶ。
2006年に二級建築士を取得し、関東にて住宅リフォームや店舗内装、家具制作に携わる。
2017年より宮城県に拠点を移し、木を中心とした生活道具やオブジェの制作を行っている。
