JINSUI's Yuzamashi, designed to refine the tea experience.

This Yuzamashi (hot water cooling pot) is crafted by JINSUI, based in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture.
Inheriting the lineage of a kiln founded in the Edo period, it embodies both the tradition of Tokoname ware and an aesthetic that harmonizes with modern lifestyles.
The "TOKI" series pursues not only ease of use but also a stylish form that naturally integrates into any living space.
It quietly supports the feeling of "Tokiwasure" (a timeless moment) as you savor your tea.
When used in conjunction with a kyusu (Japanese teapot), it helps adjust the water temperature to bring out the full umami of the tea leaves. It's suitable for a wide variety of teas, including Japanese tea, Chinese tea, and herbal teas. With its serene presence, it is perfect for everything from daily use to entertaining guests.

Each piece is meticulously crafted by hand by artisans who have inherited the art of kyusu making and utilize Tokoname clay.
The finish, including the subtle expressions and textures of the glaze, allows you to appreciate its unique character with every use.
