Established in 1974 in Clute, Texas, USA, by Tom McKnight and George Warney.
In this small town, surrounded by the mild climate of the American South and the rich nature along the Gulf of Mexico, their aim was to create "real clothes" that fit into everyday life. Initially, it began its history as a small factory brand producing blank bodies for local schools and sports teams for printing.
