Founded in Kona, Hawaii in 2001, this is one of the few authentic aloha brands made in Hawaii.
Konabay Hawaii was born out of a passion to restore the glory of the original aloha shirt made by local Japanese Americans from the 1930s to the 1950s.
Founder KC Kiuchi is himself a collector of vintage aloha shirts and is committed to reviving the style of the aloha shirt, staying true to the style and quality of the "golden age of aloha shirts."
