Considering comfort, we use an original material developed specifically for this purpose. Based on the fitting and design philosophy of leather shoes, we created the last with the assumption of including a specific feature. We combine three types of materials with different thicknesses and elasticity to account for wear and sinking.
The shoes are finished using the McKay method, which is rich in flexibility.
■ Manufacturing method: McKay method
This traditional Italian method directly stitches the upper and sole together, resulting in a simple structure that allows for good flexibility and the ability to make shoes from soft leather. The characteristic of the McKay method is that you can feel a snug fit that wraps around your foot as you wear them. This method is often used for coin loafers and smart shoes.
