An original sole, developed from scratch with dedicated materials, is used to prioritize exceptional wearing comfort.
The shoe last was meticulously crafted to accommodate cushions, grounded in the fitting and design principles of traditional leather shoes.
It combines three types of cushions, each varying in thickness and elasticity, designed to prevent deterioration and sinking over time.
The sole is attached using the highly flexible Blake construction (McKay method).
■Construction: Blake Construction (McKay Method)
A traditional Italian construction method where the sole is directly stitched to the upper (vamp leather). Due to its simple structure, it offers excellent sole flexibility and allows even softer leathers to be crafted into shoes.
A distinct feature of the Blake construction is the foot-hugging comfort and adaptability you'll experience as you break them in.
This construction is frequently utilized for slip-on styles such as penny loafers, and for sleek, Italian-made shoes.
