Khadi denim was woven through hand-spinning and hand-weaving in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal.
Khadi is a hand-spun and hand-woven fabric, distinct from fabrics woven with machine-spun threads. Its characteristic warmth comes from its inherent unevenness, and each piece has slight variations in fabric texture and thickness.
