＜Atsushi Shimomura＞ Kokuyu 7-sun Rim Plate

A rim plate featuring a matte dark brown base, where the unique expression of the glaze shines through.

While primarily a matte dark brown, the way the glaze melts creates subtle hints of gloss in various areas, giving this vessel a rich, non-monotonous character.
Its form, featuring a wide rim and a deep center, makes any dish you serve look impressively presented.
The versatile size is perfect not only for Western dishes like stews and stuffed vegetables but also pairs beautifully with Chinese cuisine such as chili shrimp and Qingjao Rousu.
It enhances your dishes and takes center stage on your dining table.
