We use smooth materials that have been thoroughly selected from the raw materials to the final processing.
The 100-count single yarn extra-long staple cotton from India is compactly spun to reduce fuzz, and then knitted into a smooth texture on a 40-gauge high-gauge knitting machine.
Its unique feature is that it reduces the volume that is typical of double weave, giving it a fleshy texture with just the right amount of thickness and rebound.
Furthermore, by applying a grace finish (a process that gives the fabric a textured feel), we have brought out a natural, elegant luster and a supple drape.
