※To prevent scorching and odor transfer, and to ensure long-lasting use, pre-treatment is recommended before first use.
・For boiling or cooking rice: Fill the pot with rice water (or water mixed with potato starch/flour), bring to a boil, let cool, discard the water, wash thoroughly, and dry completely.
・For grilling or stir-frying: Use slightly more oil than usual for the first few uses.

※Due to the characteristics of the raw materials, glaze, and firing process, there may be individual differences in glaze color unevenness, size, shape, color, weight, and the amount/size of black iron spots.
※Soaking in water may cause stains or mold.
※Do not place the pot over heat when wet. Wipe off moisture thoroughly before heating.
※It becomes hot during and after heating; use a cloth or oven mitts as it is dangerous.
※Do not rapidly cool a hot donabe or immerse it in water.
※Adjust the heat according to your stove's flame.
・Do not dry heat the pot.・Cannot be used for deep-frying dishes like tempura or fried foods.
※Due to the characteristics of heat-resistant ceramics and raw materials, black iron spots, fine cracks (crazing), and small holes (pinholes) may be visible on the surface of the pot. This does not affect its use.
※Depending on the usage method or type of cooking, stains or discoloration may appear on the pot's surface, but this does not affect its use.
※When using a dishwasher, improper placement may cause damage.
※Depending on how it's placed on the stove or the shape of the trivet, it may tip over or boil over, so please use it in a stable position.

※There are approximate water level lines for each 'go' (serving) inside the pot, but these are for reference only.
※If the cooked rice is too firm, increase the water amount by approximately 50ml to 100ml.
