This season, the designer has used classic fringe embroidery to create motifs of the colorful autumn leaves and plants he saw during his time in Maine, as well as the rhododendron flowers that appear repeatedly in Thoreau's "The Maine Woods," and the pine cones that grow in abundance in Maine.
The cursive logo features a quote from Thoreau's book: "A taste for beauty is best cultivated in open air."
