[T.T] [Taiga Takahashi] F/N MECHANIC JA CK ET/Denim JACKET

The 1950sJACKET worn by workers at the French Navy shipyard "Chantier Naval" has been redesigned with TT original denim.
While there are many similarJACKET in the French military uniform lineup, thisTIE is characterized by pockets on both sides and the ability to wear the collar up.
The originalJACKET had anTIE armhole and was tight at the front, so the design has been adjusted for easier everyday wear.
Originally made from ink blueCotton twill FABRIC , this is not a reproduction of an actual design, but the French-inspired design exudes the atmosphere of American workwear.
The original buttons are left unpainted to create a texture that evolves over time.
The signature leather patch adds a refined accent to this piece.

BRAS The concept is "By reviving relics of the past, we excavate artifacts of the future."
The designer has collected thousands of garments over 70 to 100 years old through antique dealers and art dealers in the countries where he has lived since his teenage years, studying clothing that exists now or in the future from an archaeological perspective.
Designer Masashi Takahashi was born in 1995. He entered the London International School of Arts in 2010 and progressed to Central Saint Martins in 2013.
In 2015, he gained experience as a design assistant in Antwerp, Belgium, and at a Maison in London.
After graduating from the sameLARGE school in 2017, he established Taiga Takahashi , Inc. in New York.
