Drakes was founded in 1977 in Clerkenwell, London. One of the founders, Mr.MichaelDrake(Michael Drake), was active as a designer at Aquascutum and is also known as a planner who launched projects other thanSMALL and JEWELRY . Their designs are traditional yet elegant, hinting at a new direction for British style. The patterns are always designed with a traditional mindset while sensitively incorporating the trends of the times, making them easy to use in everyday life. All designs are planned by Michael himself and his design team in London, using only high-quality natural fibers, and are produced in Europe, including England and Scotland.
